We are a startup that makes it easier to use small aircraft such as business jets, bringing the skies of Japan and Asia closer to everyone. We have raised a large amount of capital and purchased three small 10-seater business jets. We started with just three aircraft, but we aim to grow at a pace of adding three aircraft of this class per month, like successful companies in the US and Europe. Our business area is the free-flying general aviation industry, unlike airlines that set routes. We aim to be the most convenient airline in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and China, areas where the utilization of the skies is lagging behind. We are confident that general aviation will function as a part of the transportation infrastructure in this area as well. [Job Description] – Piloting the PC-24/PC-12 and related operations (domestic and international flights) – Other duties as designated by the company
Requirements
[PC-24 Captain/Right-Seat Pilot] ・CPL or ATPL issued by an ICAO member country ・More than 500 hours of flight time in a Light to Ultra Long Range Business Jet [PC-12 Captain] ・CPL or ATPL issued by an ICAO member country ・More than 500 hours of flight time in a turbine aircraft with a MTOW of 8 tonnes or less [PC-12 Right-Seat Pilot] ・CPL or ATPL issued by an ICAO member country ・Total time of more than 800 hours

Working Conditions
| Salary | The following applies to those with less than 500 hours of PIC time on the same aircraft type or class. Those with more than 500 hours will be informed at the time of interview. [Captain (PC-24)] Annual salary: 6.5-12.7 million [Captain (PC-12)] Annual salary: 5.0-9.2 million [Right-seat pilot (PC-12)] Annual salary: 3.5-5.6 million Dependent allowance / position allowance / travel allowance provided |
