Legacy 600 – Chief Pilot

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Pilot for the Legacy 600 at Air Kalinga, located in Bhubaneswar. The Chief Pilot will be responsible for overseeing all flight operations, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, managing pilot schedules, and conducting training sessions. The role involves pre-flight planning, in-flight navigation, post-flight reporting, and collaborating with the ground crew to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.

Eligibility requirements

• Extensive experience in piloting the Legacy 600 or similar aircraft
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in flight planning and navigation
• A valid commercial pilot license (CPL) with multi-engine and instrument ratings
• Experience in training and mentoring pilots
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar
• Minimum of 3,000 hours of flight time
