- A valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- A minimum of 1,500 total flight hours
- A minimum of 500 hours on type
- A current Class One Medical certificate
- ICAO English proficiency level 4 or greater
- High school graduate (or above)
- Employment Certificate
- No Criminal Records
