Qualification Requirements:
✅ Type Rated on Boeing 737 NG
✅ Minimum 100 hours on type
✅ Last flight on type within the last 3 years
✅ All licenses and medical must be current and valid
Standard Contract:
📅 Roster: 21 Days ON / 7 Days OFF
🌴 Privilege Leave: 18 Days per year
🤒 Sick Leave: 7 Days per year
📍 Permanent Base: Chennai
🚫 No hotel accommodation or to & fro tickets
Special Lifestyle Contract (For Captains joining before December 2025)
Option 1:
🔹 10 Days ON / 20 Days OFF
🔹 7 Days Sick Leave per year
🔹 To & Fro tickets from home town
🔹 Hotel stay in Chennai during ON days
🔹 Off days can be combined once a year
🔹 6 months’ notice period
🔹 Full salary from Day 1
Option 2:
🔹 15 Days ON / 15 Days OFF
🔹 7 Days Sick Leave per year
🔹 To & Fro tickets from home town
🔹 Hotel stay in Chennai during ON days
🔹 Off days can be combined once a year
🔹 6 months’ notice period
🔹 Full salary from Day 1
