Selection Process for Air India Cadet Pilot Program
The Air India Cadet Pilot Program is designed to equip aspiring aviators with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to become confident and capable commercial airline pilots. With a structured curriculum and expert instructors, we guide you through each step of the journey, from the classroom to the cockpit.
Phase 1: Screening
The candidate applications will be evaluated based on the defined eligibility criteria.
Note : Incase the applicant’s height is less than 158 cm, they would be required to undergo an Ergonomics test post successful completion of online technical assessment.
Ergonomics test will be conducted by Air India and the cost will be shared with the candidates directly.
Candidates clearing this test will proceed to the next stage of the selection process.
Phase 2: Online Assessment
The shortlisted applicants will undergo an online assessment to assess their cognitive & behavioural skills.
Phase 3: Personal Interview
The shortlisted applicants from Phase 2 will be asked to report to Air India Training Academy for personal interviews.
